Impala either is close to rear-ending PT Cruiser or thought PT was going into left lane. I think it\’s the former though. Pouring rain and what do you know? A random dog on the service road… Guess red lights don\’t count for Taxis. Straight lane but wants to go right. Lightning!! Doesn\’t show on camera but van got the red light camera flash twice. Guess who\’s getting a ticket? Look to your left and see the cyclist sitting in the middle of the road. Going nowhere… He WAS stopped along with the other cars earlier but moved to a much dangerous spot. Another cyclist. Riding on the correct side of the road but for some reason feels the need to have his knee sticking out… Then car in front decides to turn right last minute in a straight lane. Another cyclist… wrong way. Car uses turn lane to cut in front of slow moving car. Van turns sharply, leaving no room for me to continue without a collision. Pouring rain and this is what you see in your rearview mirror……
